What we collect

When you send an inquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), departure city, destination, tour type, number of travellers, approximate travel date, vehicle preference and any message. We also record the page you sent the inquiry from.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a route plan and quotation, and arrange your trip if you decide to book. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated advertising.

How it is sent and stored

Inquiries reach our team by email and, where set up, by an internal business tool. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the message you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages lead to inquiries, such as clicks on the call, WhatsApp and quote buttons. This data is anonymous and is not used to identify you.
