Inquiries and quotations

Sending an inquiry through this website is free and creates no obligation for either side. A quotation is prepared for your dates, group size, vehicle, hotel category and route, and is valid for the period stated in the quotation.

Bookings and payments

A trip is confirmed only when we confirm the itinerary and inclusions with you in writing (for example on WhatsApp or email) and any agreed advance has been received. Payment details are shared directly by our team, never through this website.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the services booked, such as hotels and vehicles, and are stated in your quotation or confirmation before you pay anything. Please read them before confirming.

Weather, roads and access

Mountain routes, passes and attractions can close because of weather, landslides, security or road conditions. We will suggest the best practical alternative, and itineraries may change for your safety.
